1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or identity document is strictly prohibited.

• You must provide your real name and mobile number at the time of registration.
• If multiple members of the same household share a device, richbd must be informed.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify richbd immediately.
• Richbd may request identity verification documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes.

3 Betting Rules

richbdPlease read the rules for each market carefully before placing bets. Different rules apply to various sports and games. General betting rules are outlined below.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in some cases you may be able to settle a bet early using the "Cash Out" feature.

• Bets must be confirmed before an event begins; real-time odds apply for live betting.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with richbd's established rules.
• In the event of any dispute regarding scores or results, data from official sources will be considered final.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, richbd reserves the right to void that bet.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳20. Maximum single bet limits vary depending on the market.
• Richbd sets the maximum winnings limit per event, and this limit is subject to change.

4 Payment Terms

richbdDeposits and withdrawals are available via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 (separate limits apply for special VIP members).

• Deposits are typically instant; any issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–10 minutes.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.

5 Bonus & Voucher Terms

• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward others.
